NEW Fusion™ ClearShot™ Gun

Graco is pleased to announce the launch of the Fusion® gun with ClearShot™ Technology. Never before have the foam and polyurea markets had a more feature-based and revolutionary way to apply materials.

The insulation/coatings industry is constantly pressured to meet low costs, work faster and achieve more in a day. Graco's ClearShot technology focuses on these challenges, and we added another: to create a product that sprays more chemical longer, faster and better. The result is the revolutionary Fusion® CS gun.

At the core of the Fusion® CS gun and ClearShot technology is ClearShot Liquid (CSL). This liquid is contained in a cartridge, which is easily inserted into the handle of the Fusion CS gun. This cartridge is the reservoir from which a special dosing pump inside the air cylinder delivers a shot of liquid through passageways to the mixing chamber. As CSL travels through the mixing chamber, it removes any chemical build-up — keeping the mixing chamber clear and the mix and pattern of the chemical constant.

Studies have shown that the average applicator spends nearly an hour a day on gun maintenance. Thanks to CSL, this maintenance time can be minimized and put to use in increasing spray time and generating profits.

Another breakthrough concept on the Fusion® CS is variable flow. For the first time ever, applicators can change from a "full chemical” on to a decreased flow as the new gun has 10 different settings. Gun operators will have unprecedented options to do touch up work, or spray tight spaces and polyurea applicators will have the ability to do fine finish spray without changing guns. The variable flow feature aims at spraying more chemical faster, longer and better!

As well as the new Fusion® CS gun, GRACO is releasing new heated whip hoses. The new whip hoses increase flexibility for the user while improving reliability for the heating element.
