Graco’s latest generation of HVLP sprayers was developed with only one objective in mind: to make your life easy!
HVLP spraying is now possible for everyone, the full professional as well as the first time user. “Plug & Spray” we call it. Unpack your unit, fill the material cup, plug the unit and spray! To make it so easy, we needed breakthrough solutions. The HVLP TurboForce sprayer has all the answers!
Graco’s HVLP TurboForce turbines can be used on a daily basis. They are especially developed for the on-site contractor and are ideal for detailed and controlled fine finish applications.
To suit every painter’s needs, the HVLP TurboForce™ comes in 3 versions, with pressure ratings of 0.5, 0.6 or 0.7 bar.
The HVLP TurboForce ships with an automatic EDGE™ gun with cup, 9 meter Super-Flex™ air hose, adjustable air cap, needle nozzle kit(s) and automotive filter.
The ProComp, the artisan kit and trigger stop kit are optional.

- Automatic EDGE™ gun (patent pending)
No more settings at the gun. Just pull the trigger and atomisation of the paint is managed automatically. The gun always chooses the best air/fluid ratio for the fan width you need.
- Adjustable Air Cap (patent pending)
Change the shape or orientation of the spray fan at the air cap, conveniently located at the front of the gun. Click from vertical to horizontal, or to round pattern, simply by rotating the head to one of the 3 positions.
- TurboForce™ technology
Exclusive, proprietary turbine design, resulting in 30% more performance (*) at the gun. You will be able to achieve a finer finish with less (or no) material preparation.
Less thinning means cost savings.
You can achieve more savings on your electricity bill, as the TurboForce technology offers the most efficient conversion rate from electrical power to air flow.

You can change or clean your needles in seconds, no tools needed.
- ProComp™ pack (optional)
For larger jobs, with fine finish quality, the 1-liter cup might cause fatigue after hours
of spraying. ProComp can make your work a lot lighter and more comfortable as this extra external compressor makes it possible to separate the material from the gun.
The powerful compressor attaches to any HVLP TurboForce sprayer: it takes only a few seconds without any tools. No controls (kits available for manual settings).
The ProComp with 2-liter cup and hook doubles your spraying capacity.
Hook your cup near to where it is needed and spray twice as long without refill!
